Site tour—organizing and accompanying the couple on a tour of wedding sites
Recommendations—for venues at a specific destination, for vendors at that destination, and for the local vendors you’ll need
Site Visit—site inspection to meet with local coordinator, caterer and other vendors to discuss menu, logistics, timeline, and design (layout, rentals, décor)
Logistics—guest accommodations (recommendations, bookings, etc.), transportation (coordinating airport transfers, event transportation)
Guest Amenities—shopping for, assembling and delivering welcome amenities for your guests
Ancillary Event Planning & Coordination—welcome events, rehearsal dinner, brunches, etc. |
